An online booking system has been implemented to assure streamlined access to the facilities and booking requests. It allows residents access to these facilities, without the disappointment of being double-booked and/or missing out.
The online system allows residents to access and view the availabilities of the facilities and book these facilities at their own leisure!
Disclaimer: The website is monitored and modified daily to ensure that terms and conditions of the booking system are being complied to. Bookings that are found contradicting any of the terms and conditions will be deleted and the time-slot forfeited to other users.
Getting Access
To gain access to the online booking service, you must register at the Estate Manager's Office and provide proof of residence and identification.
Application Form (provided upon request),
Proof of residence and identification (as below).
Owners':
Driver's License,
Utility Bill (Water, Electrical etc.)
Tenant:
Driver's License or formal form of ID,
First Page of Tenant Agreement.
Only then will you receive a link to for a login and password.
Please Note: Access to the booking service is strictly for residents of Liberty Grove only. To register, please visit or contact the Estate Management Office.

Logging In
To log into the online booking system - you will need to enter your login details. the website to our online booking system can be found here.
If you do not have a login - you are required to register at the Estate Office to gain access. Further information on the registration process can be found "Getting Access".
If you have forgotten your login details - please contact the Estate Office and you will need to provide proof of identification for a credential reset. Only the owner of the account can request this.
Conference Room
There are conditions for the use of the Conference Room:
The Conference Room is strictly for private use only.
There is a maximum capacity of thirty (30) people*.
Bookings are available from 07:00am to 10:00pm, for a maximum of six (6) hours only. Bookings cannot be made more than three (3) months in advance.
If you have not booked the Conference Room previously - please contact the Estate Office to make your first booking and to arrange to be set up in our booking system. This will require you to visit the Estate Office and completed the registration process.
Bookings that are not kept must be cancelled at least six (6) hours before the booking time, or Estate Management will suspend booking rights.
Recurrent bookings are restricted to one (1) booking per week, per dwelling. More frequent regular recurrent weekly bookings will need approval from the Executive Committee.
Please allow sufficient time to clean up before leaving the Conference Room. Cleaning fees may apply.
Visitors or non-residents must be accompanied by the hirer at all time. Residents are responsible for the behavior and activities of their guests.
Estate Management reserves the right to restrict behavior is not in keeping with the best interest of the Liberty Grove Community.
The Community reserves the right to pursue compensation for the damages incurred to the conference room as per Clause 6.4 of the "Community Management Statement".

*Current COVID Rules and Restrictions apply. These can be found while booking the Conference room and inside the Conference Room. The current maximum capacity is sixteen (16) persons as to adhere to the 1 per 2sqm COVID restriction.

Tennis Courts
There are conditions for the use of the Tennis Courts:
To use the tennis courts, residents will need to be booked prior. This can be done using the online booking system.
Bookings can be made no more than two (2) days or 48hours in advance.
Users must adhere to the rules and guidelines when using the courts **.
If you have not booked the Tennis Courts before - please visit the Estate Office and arrange to be set up in our booking system. This will require you to fill out an registration form and provide proof of residency and identification.
Users are asked to release the slack on the nets after use.
Residents being coached will need to register with the Estate Office before commencing.
